School Receptionist / Administrator (Part Time)

Bishopsgate School is seeking a dedicated and personable School Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. With a keen focus on effective communication, you will serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, demonstrating your outstanding telephone etiquette and ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly even under pressure. We welcome application from individuals with previous reception / administration experience and while prior experience in a school setting is not a prerequisite, it would be a significant advantage.

Domestic Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Assistant to join our hardworking and popular Commercial and Domestic Department as soon as possible. This is a full time, busy ‘hands on’ role which is integral to the smooth running of the school. Previous experience of working in a commercial cleaning environment is essential and whilst experience of working within a school environment is preferred it is not a requirement.

You will be working in central school areas such as offices and classrooms, during the school day. Working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday during term time.
