Deputy Head (Wellbeing)

Having school wide responsibility for pastoral care, safeguarding and inclusion, reporting directly to the Head and playing a leading role in shaping whole-school culture, standards and strategic direction. The successful candidate will be ambitious, forward thinking and ready to make a significant contribution at senior level, leading with clarity and warmth. Someone who can make sound, timely decisions, bring people with them, and build trust through excellent communication in all forms.
